As a lead UX/UI designer at First Direct since 2018, I have been instrumental in designing and delivering features in both their mobile and online banking services.
My role also included shaping the design process and creating the First Direct design language. From overseeing the app’s look and feel, to developing design templates, components, and toolkits, and ensuring seamless collaboration between the design team, development pods, product owners, and other key business areas.
I cover every stage of the product design process for First Direct, from initial concepts and prototyping to customer testing and delivering development-ready designs.
